Culture 66
Description
Overview
Food models (fake food or food samples) are replicas of a food item.
You may find restaurants’ storefronts and their plastic food that look real.
To become the “shokunin (master)” of food models, it takes at least ten years of training.
“Shokunin” shows you and teaches you how to make.
Making your own food models in the food models factory is a unique and memorable experience.
