Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves.
Green tea contains the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols.
Studies suggest that green tea has positive effects on weight loss, cancer prevention, skin conditions, heart health, Alzheimer’s disease, type 2 diabetes, and more.
Even if it’s the same tea, its flavor is totally different depending on how it’s brewed.
You may find your preference from a variety of tastes.
