Overview
Enjoy tasting rare, large-sized, mineral-rich Lake Hamana branded oysters, which you can only eat in the Lake Hamana area.
The plan includes one night accommodation at the Waterfront Inn Oyado “Inoue”.
You will take a boat from the Inoue Inn’s private dock, tour the oyster farm with a guide, experience oyster shucking and tasting at YAGITA OYSTER FACTORY, then enjoy traditional cuisine which will make you feel at home on the lakeshore at Inoue.
You’ll be able to enjoy dishes made from plenty of other local ingredients, including oysters as well.
“Inoue” is located in an area where you can enjoy local activities such as cycling and walking around the unique Lake Hamana area.
