Experience the art of traditional hand-rolled tea making with a master from the Hamamatsu Hand-Rolled Tea Preservation Association. Observe a live demonstration up close and gain hands-on experience in rolling tea leaves under expert guidance while learning the fundamentals and craftsmanship behind sencha production.
Visit a tea field to deepen your understanding of tea varieties and cultivation practices, and explore the unique characteristics of Japanese tea through guided tasting and commentary.
Compare differences in flavor and aroma and discover the depth and diversity of Japanese tea culture. Participants may take home the tea they roll by hand.

Itinerary
