Experience the art of traditional hand-rolled tea making with a master from the Hamamatsu Hand-Rolled Tea Preservation Association. Observe a live demonstration up close and gain hands-on experience in rolling tea leaves under expert guidance while learning the fundamentals and craftsmanship behind sencha production.
Visit a tea field to deepen your understanding of tea varieties and cultivation practices, and explore the unique characteristics of Japanese tea through guided tasting and commentary.
Compare differences in flavor and aroma and discover the depth and diversity of Japanese tea culture. Participants may take home the tea they roll by hand.
This premium program offers an immersive opportunity to experience authentic tea craftsmanship and the cultural richness of Japanese sencha.

Itinerary

9:30（13:00）	Meet at Hamamatsu Station and transfer to a taxi (taxi arrangement available; fare paid separately).
10:00（13:30）	At Yamasue Tea: observe a master’s hand-rolling demonstration, experience hand-rolling tea production, visit the tea fields, compare different tea leaves through tasting, and enjoy a Q&A session.
12:30（16:00）	Depart and return to station by taxi.
13:00（16:30）	Arrive at Hamamatsu Station and tour ends.
