Within 24 hours of the departure time of the tour, after departure: no refund. Regarding cruise ship passengers who join our private tours, (In the case that cruise ship cannot dock at the port) we refund 100%.
Notes	Please understand that it depends on the weather whether you can see Mount Fuji or not. At Kunozan Toshogu Shrine, there are about 100 stone steps and there is no slope for wheelchair users. If any of participants is not at ease walking, we recommend you spend time at Nihondaira Yume Terrace or Nippondaira Hotel (the view from here is really beautiful) until other members come back from the shrine.
