Meet Tomohito Watarai a Soba (buckwheat noodle) master who will teach you how to make this iconic Japanese dish.
Enjoy soba making, taste the soba you have made paired with a variety of local sake, and other locally sourced delicacies.
He is the fifth generation of the well-known soba restaurant (established in 1908).
The meal is included tempura, meat, and seafood course.
It is an “all you can drink” menu including a variety of local sake (Non-alcohol drinks are available).
